On the upper level, there is an office with 2 computers available for guests and a built-in sofa. The lower level is for fun and pleasure; a gym, a hammam, table tennis, a wine cellar, and a playroom are all located here, where two double sofa beds can be used for extra guests.  The villa also has an independent guesthouse with a double bedroom and en-suite bathroom. The outdoor areas seem to be coming out of a movie scene; wonderful landscape, a lake-shaped swimming pool surrounded by rocks, a beautiful dining table and bar, and endless views of the Aegean.
