Villa Ioulis is a brand-new villa located in an area near Chania and within a large plot of 8 acres with landscaped gardens. This modern villa designed by award-winning architects offers all the necessary amenities for an excellent holiday! On the ground floor, there is the living and dining area, the open plan fully equipped kitchen, the fitness/playroom space, and one double bedroom with a separate bathroom. Moving upstairs, a few steps from the ground floor, there is a twin/double bedroom with an en-suite shower room and a private balcony. On the upper level, there is one double bedroom with an en-suite shower room and the master bedroom with an en-suite shower room, walk-in wardrobe, luxury freestanding bath, and sliding wall panel with built-in TV and DVD player. Both rooms enjoy views of the sea and have access to the decked terrace area with the hot tub/Jacuzzi. Outdoor area facilities include the swimming pool and dining/sitting areas, as well as the private tennis court, certainly a great asset of the house for tennis lovers!
