Duchessa offers tranquility and leisure in an elegant atmosphere surrounded by olive orchards and rolling hills in the heart of Tuscany, between the historic Val di Chiana and the untamed Val d'Orcia. Astrid Schiller Wirth founded this exquisite neo-gothic structure in 2001, and it has been entirely and masterfully renovated. Duchessa can sleep up to twelve people in six double bedrooms located in the main villa, plus four more guests in two additional double bedrooms located in the annex next to the main villa, and is constructed on three major floors. Duchessa is set on over sixty acres of land and boasts a private Italian park with the flora of prominent Tuscan gardens. This magnificent property has an exclusive pool and a generous poolside area furnished with comfortable sun loungers inviting guests to sit back and relax. The poolside area is an excellent setting for sunbathing and relaxing, with lovely views of the countryside. There is also a large pavilion with an al fresco dining space and sofa areas for relaxing and socializing in the yard.
