Spread over a series of grand pavilions, the interiors are a sublime mix of minimalist architecture and eye-catching design, the work of celebrated St. Barts architect François Pécard. It’s not only the design that’s pleasing at Villa Olive but its location as well. The beaches at Gouverneur and Saline are both just a short drive away, while shops and restaurants in Gustavia are less than 10 minutes away by car. The main pavilion at Olive Villa features two wings on either side of a central entryway. To the left is the living room, and to the right is the kitchen and dining area. Chic and stylish, both rooms have glassware décor on open shelves, handsome wooden accents, and incredible ocean views. A private lounging area is on either end of the property past the bedrooms. Furnished with soft sofas, it’s a quiet place to settle in with a good book or enjoy the ocean views. When it’s time to venture out, the famous beaches at Gouverneur and Saline are both 5 minutes away by car.
