Booking Process
Is there a minimum night stay?
Minimum night stays vary from villa to villa but generally are 3 nights during the year, excluding peak season. Peak / Festive season minimum nights range from 7 – 14 nights.
Damage Deposit
What is a damage deposit?
A damage deposit also referred to as a security/breakage deposit, is a refundable deposit required 30 days prior to arrival. Should the owner not report any damages, breakages or missing items, the deposit will be returned to you within 30 days of your departure.
When is the damage deposit due?
The damage deposit is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Check-in Procedures
What time can I check in and check out?
Check-in is from 14h00 and Check-out is before 10h00
Do you offer an early check-in or late check-out?
Early check-in or late check-out is possible, subject to availability. Depending on the time of check-in or check-out requested, an additional night’s rate may be charged.
Does someone meet us on arrival?
An In Residence representative will meet you on arrival at the villa and will give you an introduction to the villa.
Where do we get the keys from?
An In Residence representative will hand over the keys to you, on arrival at the villa.
What do we do when we check out?
Inform the In Residence representative the day before departure, on the time that you will be leaving the villa if before 10h00 and they will meet you at the villa in order to collect the keys.
Additional Staff & Services
Can you offer a baby cot?
We are able to provide a baby cot on request for the duration of your stay. This should be requested at the time of confirming your reservation.
Are all villas safe for kids or child-friendly?
Not all villas are designed to be child-friendly. Always inform us of your children’s ages at the time of enquiring.

Is smoking allowed at the villa?
Smoking is prohibited in all indoor spaces of the villa.
Staff & Services
Am I able to request additional staff?
Yes, additional staff, such as housekeepers, security, chefs, butlers, and waiters can be booked at an additional charge.
Do you offer other services?
All guests are offered concierge services. Guests are able to book transfers, activities, spa treatments, etc. at an additional cost and subject to availability. A service charge will apply to services booked.
Are meals included in the rental?
No meals and drinks are included in the villa rental. Guests would have a choice to do their own shopping or request In Residence to do the shopping. A service charge will apply for the total items purchased.
What do I do, if I need assistance while staying in the villa?
An In Residence contact number is provided to you on arrival and can be contacted 24/7 for any assistance required.
